WHY? Elements of learner readiness
What are so important about the four elements of learner readiness?
- Motivation
This is an essential factor, where if learner are not will to gain skills, instead they are forced to put on a training program, your solution won’t have a chance — unless the motivational factor in place.
- Computer skills
While doing online training, learner has no chance to learn basic computer skill, because they are doing online training. Therefore they must have fundation computer skills before they start their online training.
