E-learning today is a common way to deliver education and training within many organisations.
Learner readiness for e-learning involves the learners’ technical ability and learning skills.
1. Technical Skills required by e-learners
- use of computers
- use of the network
- use of software applications
- use of tools to download and upload information from web pages or course-management systems
- use of email to exchange documents
- use of online discussion
2. Be able to Assess Self-knowledge for e-learning readiness
